Muffins au brocoli façon frittata (low carb, sans gluten)

Aujourd'hui je vous propose des muffins salés, parfaits en entrée, pour un buffet ou un petit déjeuner. Ils sont nourrissants et légers à la fois car sans farine et avec beaucoup de protéines. De ce fait, ils sont compatibles avec les régimes low carb et sans gluten.
Ingrédients (pour 12 muffins) :
- 6 grands œufs
- 70 g de yaourt grecque (10% de MG pour moi)
- 1/2 cuillère à café de sel
- 1/4 cuillère à café de poivre
- 50 g de fromage râpé (un mélange emmental-mozzarella pour moi)
- 2 tranches de jambon blanc (80 g)
- 150 g de fleurons de brocoli
Instructions :
- Porter à ébullition une casserole d'eau avec 1 cuillère à café de sel.
