Quel délice ce velouté ! Si doux, onctueux et réconfortant. Mes gourmands n'en ont fait qu'une bouchée.
De plus, il se prépare en un rien de temps, avec très peu d'ingrédients. C'est la saison, alors il faut en profiter.
Ingrédients (pour 4 personnes) :
- 1 oignon
- 500 g de potimarron
- 1 cube de bouillon de légumes
- 600 g d'eau
- 25 g de crème fraîche épaisse
- 8 gouttes de tabasco
- 1/2 cuillère à soupe de curry en poudre
- sel sel
