Cake à la pâte d'amande

Aujourd'hui je vous propose un cake à la pâte d'amande, super moelleux et léger. Il est tellement moelleux que je l'ai un peu trop cuit, car en mettant le doigt dessus je le trouvais trop moelleux :-). Les amandes effilées apportent du croquant et un goût torréfié très plaisant.
