Clafoutis tomates, épinards et feta

C'est une entrée savoureuse et légère.
Très facile à faire et économique, elle est parfaite pour le menu de Pâques.
Ingrédients (pour 5 clafoutis individuels) :
- 3 œufs
- 150 ml de crème liquide (entière pour moi)
- 100 ml de lait (demi-écrémé pour moi)
- 50 g de maïzena
- sel, poivre
- 1 cuillère à soupe d'aneth ciselé (optionnel)
- 100 g de feta
- 2 poignées d'épinards frais
- 5 petites tomates
- 20 g de beurre pour les moules
Instructions :
- Préchauffer le four à 160°, chaleur tournante (ou à 180° chaleur statique).
- Laver et essuyer les tomates.
- Dans un saladier mélanger les œufs, la crème liquide et le lait à l'aide d'un fouet à main.
- Ajouter la maïzena et mélanger à nouveau pour avoir une consistance homogène et sans grumeaux.
- Ajouter le sel, le poivre, l'aneth ciselé et
