J'aime bien les gâteaux à la crème avec plusieurs biscuits fins, comme on en fait chez nous, en Moldavie, mais aussi en Roumanie. Je vous avais déjà proposé dans le même registre le Gâteau Napoléon ou le gâteau sans cuisson à base de biscuits Petit Beurre.
Aujourd'hui je vous propose un gâteau très connu en Roumanie, incontournable sur les tables de fête - le Gâteau Blanche Neige ou Blanc comme la neige. Il est composé de 4 biscuits fins et d'une crème façon mousseline ou diplomate parfumée au citron. J'ai préparé une crème diplomate à la vanille (j'avais un invité susceptible de ne pas aimer le citron), mais vous pouvez la parfumer au citron selon l'envie. Au final on obtient un grand gâteau assez léger et fin, pas trop riche qui, une fois bien imbibé, fond dans la bouche. Parfait pour le réveillon du jour de l'an.
