Tarte au chèvre frais, bacon et artichauts

Voici une tarte hyper simple et facile à faire. Elle ne nécessite que 10 minutes pour sa préparation, plus le temps de cuisson.
Je l'ai concoctée pour notre dîner en fonction de ce que j'avais dans le frigo. Mais elle peut être aussi servie en entrée ou en apéritif en version individuelles ou mini.
Ingrédients (pour 8 portions) :
- 1 pâte feuilletée pur beurre (du commerce pour moi)
- 200 g de fromage frais de chèvre (Petit Billy pour moi)
- 100 g de bacon fumé, coupé en dés
- 1 bocal d'artichauts (215 g net)
Appareil :
- 4 œufs
- 2 yaourts à la Grecque (300 g ou de crème fraîche épaisse)
- 1 cuillère à soupe de moutarde
- 1/2 cuillère à café de sel
- 1/4 cuillère à café de poivre
- 1 pincée de piment d'Espelette (optionnel)
- 1 cuillère à café d'origan séché
