L'automne a pointé son nez, les températures ont chuté. Du coup, pour se réchauffer et se réconforter ont fait appel à des plats qui tiennent au corps :-).
Pour ceci, je vous propose une déclinaison aux pommes de terre, en version salée donc, du fameux gâteau invisible aux pommes. C'est un gâteau qui a peu de pâte et beaucoup de fruits ou de légumes dans ce cas précis, coupés en rondelles très fines qui se fondent entre elles.
C'est un parfait accompagnement pour une viande ou un poisson. Sinon, accompagné d'un peu de charcuterie et une salade verte, c'est excellent !
