Velouté de courgettes aux 3 parfums (recette keto)
Onctueux, crémeux, délicat, ce velouté offre une explosion de saveurs en bouche. Un vrai délice ! J'ai vraiment beaucoup aimé et mes filles aussi.
Ingrédients (pour 2 personnes) :
- 2 cuillères à soupe d'huile d'olives
- 1 oignon
- 2 petites courgettes (340 g)
- 2 pincées de thym frais
- 2 pincées de graines de cumin
- 4 feuilles de menthe fraîche
- sel, poivre selon le goût
- 200 ml d'eau bouillante
- 1 bonne cuillère à soupe de mascarpone (80 g)
