Milkshake aux framboises

Il y a quelques jours je suis tombée sur cette recette sur le blog Mes inspirations culinaires de mon amie Samar. Ça m'a donné terriblement envie, c'est exactement ce qu'il me fallait à ce moment-là. J'avais de la glace à la vanille - l'ingrédient principal de ce milkshake. Donc, ni une ni deux, j'ai tout laissé et je suis partie me préparer un milkshake :-).
J'ai ressorti mon blender que je n'avais pas utilisé depuis un moment et j'ai inspecté le contenu de mon frigo. En version originale, le milkshake de Samar était à la pêche. Je n'en avais pas, mais j'avais quelques framboises du jardin.
En 5 minutes, mon milkshake était prêt. Pour tester, j'ai préparé un grand verre que j'ai partagé avec mes filles. Quel délice ! Super bon et rafraichissant. Je sens que ça va devenir mon dada cet été :-). L'essayer - c'est l'adopter.
Ingrédients (pour 1 grand verre) :
- 150 g de glace à la vanille
- 50 g de lait
- 50 g de framboises
- 1 cui
