Cake pêches-amandes

Il me restait quelques pêches dans mon panier à fruits. De quoi préparer un cake pour le petit déjeuner.
Il est très moelleux et les amandes apportent du croquant. J'aime beaucoup leur petit goût torréfié.
Ingrédients (pour 1 cake de 28 X 10 cm) :
- 75 g de beurre mou
- 200 g de sucre
- 2 1/2 cuillères à soupe de cassonade
- 1 œuf
- 1 pot de 125 g de yaourt nature (brassé pour moi)
- 50 ml de lait (1/2 écrémé pour moi)
- 1/2 cuillère à café d'extrait de vanille
- 220 g de farine
- 1/4 de cuillère à café de bicarbonate de soude*
- 1 cuillère à café de levure chimique
- 2 pêches bien mûres
- 50 g d'amandes effilées
