Cake au citron à la semoule

Voici un cake que j'ai préparé pour le petit déjeuner et le goûter. Il est bien parfumé au citron - il faut en profiter, c'est la saison. Côté texture, il est bien moelleux grâce à la semoule et fond dans la bouche.
De plus, ce cake est très facile à faire et nécessite pour sa préparation des ingrédients simples, que l'on a toujours chez soi.
Ingrédients (pour un moule à cake de 28*10 cm) :
- 4 œufs
- 180 g de sucre
- 120 ml d’huile de tournesol
- 1 yaourt nature, 125 g
- 60 ml de jus de citron (1.5-2 citrons)
- le zeste d’un citron
- 220 g de farine
- 80 g de semoule fine
- 1/2 sachet de levure c
