Aujourd'hui je vous propose un plat sucré-salé à base de filets de saumon. C'est on ne peut plus facile et rapide à faire et convient tant pour un plat quotidien que festif. En 30 minutes votre plat est prêt, le temps de faire la garniture.
La cuisson se fait au four ce qui confère une tendreté au poisson et ne nécessite pas de surveillance particulière, pour un résultat délicieux.
Ingrédients (pour 4 personnes) :
- 4 filets de saumon (600 g)
- 1 cuillère à soupe d'huile d'olive pour le plat
- 2 cuillères à soupe de persil ciselé pour servir
Marinade :
- 3 gousses d'ail
- 3 cuillères à soupe de miel (ou 2, si vous n'aimez pas que ça soit trop sucré)
