Petits gâteaux aux prunes et noix
Aujourd'hui je vous propose une variante des petits gâteaux aux pêches et amandes que je vous ai présentés récemment. Ils ont eu beaucoup de succès chez nous. Et puis, ils sont tellement simples à préparer que j'ai eu envie de tenter une autre version.
Les prunes et les noix se marient à merveille. Nous nous sommes régalés.
Ingrédients (pour 6 petits gâteaux) :
- 3 œufs
- 100 g de sucre
- 1 cuillère à café d'Amaretto (ou de rhum)
- 25 g de beurre fondu
- 100 g de farine
- 1 sachet de levure chimique
- 40 g de noix hachées finement
- 3 prun
