Biscuits simples à l'huile, parfumés au citron - Recette en vidéo

Voici une nouvelle recette de biscuits. J'en fais souvent pour le goûter de mes filles, mais aussi pour notre petit déjeuner.
Légèrement parfumés au citron, ces biscuits sont croquants et friables et finissent par fondre dans la bouche. Ils sont très faciles et rapides à faire, avec des ingrédients qu'on a toujours chez soi. C'est dommage de s'en priver, car c'est un pur délice !

Ingrédients (pour 25 biscuits) :
- 1 grand œuf
- 1 jaune d’œuf
- 80 g sucre
- 1 cuillère à café de sucre vanillé
- 1 pincée de sel
- 70 ml d'huile neutre (de tournesol pour moi)
- zestes 1 citron
- 260 g de farine (+/- 20 g)
- 1 cuillère à café de levure chimique
Instructions :
- Préchauffer le four à 180°C, chaleur statique.
- Dans un bol ajouter l’œuf, le jaune d’œuf, le sucre, le sucre vanillé et le sel. Mélanger bien avec un fouet à main pour avoir un mélange mousse
