Avis vite dit : Cela faisait longtemps que je voulais voir ce film (qui a remporté un prix du jury à Cannes en 1971 !), mais mon préalable impératif était de lire le roman avant. Chose faite cet été. Le bouquin est d'ailleurs d'une force assez impressionnante, je ne peux que le conseiller vivement à tout le monde. Après ma lecture, ma curiosité a été encore plus grande vis-à-vis de ce film :
