Après trois semaines ‘off’, les hostilités ont repris de plus belle de l’autre côté de l’Atlantique.

5e temps des qualifications, Dylan Ferrandis (Yamaha YZ450F-Monster Energy Star Yamaha) a terminé second de la première manche, remportée par Ken Roczen, avant de finir 3e dans la seconde derrière l’Allemand et son coéquipier Chase Sexton.
Victime d’une lourde chute en première manche alors qu’il courrait après Roczen, Aaron Plessinger (Yamaha YZ450F-Monster Energy Star Yamaha) a été forfait pour la seconde, alors que Christian Craig (Yamaha YZ450F-Monster Energy Star Yamaha), 7e en première manche, a terminé 6e de la seconde et 7e overall. Cas rare, le podium overall est 100% européen avec Roczen, Ferrandis et Marvin Musquin !
