Boudin noir

Un mot d'un dictionnaire, ma définition, votre sourire, ma joie.

Originaire de Grèce, une mixture de graisse et de sang de porc (sans pur sang de porc puisque le sang d'autres espèces y est contenu) et le tout, emmanché dans un boyau. Une nourriture bien trop riche car avec excès, des acides gras... ça tuerait !
