But, even not thinking a dystopia, IMAGINE (with REASON help) scientists or researchers especially who work for power (anyone but established ones : military one, a wealthy one or both political and economical ones or politics like business....), are authorized to fabric a virus, any mean or tiny one (or minus one) in order to give an advantage to some private interests (into a conflict context one) to the detriment of public ones, national, people one and so on : so, an achievement of an opinion or goal regarding personal power (a fantasy or not king, someone supposed to be above the law like Trump and so many outside America) and then only but a swindle, a dangerous abuse. With the Russia Case and since the Robert Mueller Report, we learn the former President of U.
