The photo (Morning Brew, August 26th) is maybe, likely, one of the answers to my question title; yes, maybe and more... The comment or headline : "It's Jpow's party and he'll raise rates if he wants to". So, another dictator and as dictator a bit cut off or imprisoned in a bubble while US are watched for a SCANDAL (non yet told, of course because of a long ongoing investigation) and the American Justice as intransigent in the name of The Rule Of Law (basic democracy), uncompromising and somehow already threatening (as current model) for any country which could have been involved in those cases, or for any frivolous attitude from business men and women who remain by mind in the world of before (covidian one). The meeting this photo talks about was at the Jackson Hole Symposium (a summit) for bankers from around the globe and all of them convinced by inflation and debt ideology (market rules) if not propaganda (disinformation with many conflicts of interest behind) whereas so much MONEY served death instincts and vile pulses and does not care health, freedom and any human right among others dignity. So, such a photo could soon be synonymous with the behind
