My photo can be seen (source : The Conversation, August 29th) as a message concerning a new order as well as an ancient one from Trump to Biden or from Russia to China in accordance with a system of analogies for showing a between period, not yet an end (its symptom, in regard to US-China : the untold Covid19 Case). The PARTNERSHIPS ISSUE is a major one, and regarding Justice especially when it comes now from America. The headline with the photo is : "Talk of a new Cold War is overheated - but NZ faces complex challenges in the era of 'strategic competition' ". New Zealand 's need for a place in a complex system of alliances : a situation with the name of an era which regards Russia and America ! Why then such a STANDARD ? Because something passes not yet : a PAST receding.... Vodka, Whiskey .....
