Du fond de mon tombeau

Du fond de mon tombeau, j’entends passer vos jours,
J’entends passer vos nuits, sur des générations.
Mon corps est en lambeaux, de l’éternel séjour
À des siècles d’ennuis, sans dégénérations.
 
Mais, plus que les tourments de vos vies insipides,
C’est la soif, immense, qui me manque avant tout,
Ce sont mes errements, en chasses intrépides,
Pour ma réminiscence à me gorger de vous.
 
Combien de temps encore à vivre sous vos pieds,
