What are the steps to publish on Panodyssey Pro?
Follow these two steps to open a Panodyssey Pro account:
- Create an account: set up your credentials, provide the information needed about your organisation and make a payment;
- Certify your account: provide the information needed about the legal representative and upload the supporting documents required to request a brand certification.
How do I create my Panodyssey Pro account?
Follow these steps:
1. Click here.
2. Set up your credentials
Provide an email address and a password to create your account. Please be aware that if you already have a Panodyssey standard account, you will need to use another email address to open a Panodyssey Pro account.
3. Provide some information regarding your organisation
Provide the legal information required about your company or organisation. You do not need to send any supporting document at that stage.
4. Validate the transaction and make a payment to open your Panodyssey Pro account
Panodyssey will not store your bank information.
👉 Your professionnal account is now open. One last step before publishing content: certifying your brand.
Why should I have my account certified? Is it mandatory?
You must certify your brand to use all the Panodyssey Pro features and publish content.
Certifying your account gives you many advantages: the content you publish on Panodyssey will be tied to your brand, your intellectual property will be protected and you will build a trustful relationship with your readers.
👉 Panodyssey will not store the documents uploaded during the certification process.
Which documents should I provide to have my account certified?
You will need to provide the following documents to certify your account:
- An official document proving the identity of the organisation's legal representative (identity card, password or drivers license);
- An official document proving the existence of the organisation (Kbis or SIREN in France, etc.).
👉 The accepted documents may vary from one country to another.
How does the certification process work?
The account certification allows you to publish and interact on Panodyssey as a professional or a brand. You will be able to publish, share and monetise content.
Follow these steps:
1. Go to your Panodyssey account > Account certification.
Click on "Start the verification" to start the process.
2. Provide the information needed about the legal representative.
Please be aware that the legal representative's name must be the one stated on your organisation's official documents, otherwise your request will not be valid.
3. Upload a document proving the existence of your organisation.
Depending on your situation, we will need you to provide either one of the following documents:
- Companies: extract from the trade register (Kbis) generated less than three months ago;
- Other organisations (soletraders, associations, etc.): an official proof of registration.
👉 Please be aware that the name stated on this document must be the legal representative's as identified at the previous step.
4. Send your request and wait for your documents to be validated.
The Panodyssey customer service will then check your documents and certify your account within 24 hours. You will receive an email informing you whether the certification succeeded or failed.

We only collect personal data during the professional account certification process. When the documents are checked, we will remove them from our databases.
