A la confluence du management par projet, de l’implantation d’outils numériques et des trajectoires professionnelles se différenciant des carrières , émerge le concept d’hybridation des compétences.
Avant que ce qualificatif un tantinet à la mode aujourd’hui soit employé, le travail hybride était déjà pratiqué.
Deux exemples d’hybridation non nommée.
Dans les années 58-68 mon père qui comprenait le français et s’exprimait dans un mélange de catalan, castillan et français occupait une fonction polymorphe chez Facom. Ouvrier professionnel ajusteur outilleur au service entretien, il bénéficiait de grandes marges de liberté. Il assurait la maintenance et réparation des machines dans tous les ateliers.
