Je tiens particulièrement à remercier les éditions L'Archipel et le site Netgalley pour m'avoir permis de lire ce livre.

On y retrouve Diana qui est une avocate réputée, elle se bat pour les réfugiés, sauf qu'envers ses proches elle est froide et surtout distante. Sa belle-fille Lucy en souffre.

Dix ans plus tard Diana est retrouvée morte. Un suicide? Lors de l'autopsie le médecin légiste ne diagnostique aucun cancer. Qu'avait donc Diana pour changer les dires de son testament avant sa mort?

Un livre lu d'une traite tellement j'ai accroché à l'histoire si prenante, captivante, addictive, remplie d'intrigues, de suspens et de rebondissements avec des personnages très attachants.

We find Diana who is a famous lawyer, she fights for the refugees, except that towards her relatives she is cold and especially distant. Her daughter-in-law Lucy suffers from this.

Ten years later Diana is found dead. Was it suicide? At the autopsy, the coroner did not diagnose any cancer. What did Diana have to do to change the words of her will before her death?

I read this book in one sitting because I was so hooked on the story, which was so gripping, captivating, addictive, full of intrigue, suspense and twists and turns with very endearing characters.
