Chloé avait de tout autres projets pour ses vacances que de passer deux mois dans une université à prendre des cours d’anglais. Et le fait que cette université se trouve à Édimbourg n’arrange rien : elle sait à peine où se trouve l’Écosse sur la carte mais, une chose est sûre, c’est bien trop loin de chez elle ! Chloé est bien décidée à se réfugier sur les forums d’internet pour échapper à cet exil forcé. Mais son séjour dans la capitale écossaise lui réserve bien des surprises. De rencontres en amitiés, et davantage, Chloé finira par apprécier son été studieux bien plus qu’elle ne s’y attendait…
Summary :
Chloe had other plans for her vacation than spending two months at a university taking English classes. And the fact that this university is in Edinburgh doesn't help: she barely knows where Scotland is on the map but, one thing's for sure, it's far too far from her home! Chloe is determined to take refuge on the internet forums to escape this forced exile. But her stay in the Scottish capital has many surprises in store for her. From meetings to friendships, and more, Chloe will end up enjoying her studious summer much more than she expected...

Depuis le temps que je voulais lire ce livre voilà qui est fait, je tiens à remercier les éditions Au Loup et le site Netgalley sans qui je n'aurais jamais découvrir lire ce livre qui à été un vrai coup de cœur..
J'ai de suite été attiré par la couverture où on y voit la jolie Chloé portant un tee-shirt orange et un kilt avec au milieu le titre du livre. On dirait qu'elle fait un selfie avec son téléphone.
On y retrouve Chloé qui doit passer deux mois à étudier l'anglais dans une université en Écosse car son niveau est plus que moyen. Son séjour va lui apporter pleins de surprises et elle va faire pas mal de connaissances. Et elle va finir par bien s'adapter la haut.
Un livre lu d'une traite tellement j'ai accroché à l'histoire si captivante, addictive, remplie de suspens et de rebondissements avec des personnages très attachants.

Since the time I wanted to read this book is done, I would like to thank the publisher Au Loup and the Netgalley website without whom I would never have discovered to read this book which has been a real favorite ...
I was immediately attracted by the cover where you can see the pretty Chloe wearing an orange t-shirt and a kilt with the title of the book in the middle. It looks like she's doing a selfie with her phone.
It shows Chloe who has to spend two months studying English at a university in Scotland because her level is more than average. Her stay will be full of surprises and she will meet a lot of people. And she will end up adapting well up there.
A book read in one go, so much so that I hooked on the story, so captivating, addictive, full of suspense and twists and turns with very endearing characters.
