Elle est sans rancœur,
Mise à nue à cause de tes bataillons,
Qui l'ont prise à la Bastille
L'ont enfermée telle une jonquille
Dans un jardin doucereux
Ayant pris vivement feu.
Tout s'effondre devant elle,
Elle pleure comme la pluie,
Mais jamais ne t'oublie.
Tu aimes l'enfant,
Toujours en riant.
Ses haillons déchirés,
Son identité arrachée,
Elle est condamnée à pleurer
Pour l'éternité.
