En ce monde à damnés,
Puisqu’ainsi va la vie
En ce premier janvier,
Puisque seuls nos flonflons
Qui courent par les fleuves
De salons en balcons
Sont d’or et nous émeuvent,
Puisqu’au cœur des sapins
Avachis sous nos boules
Des forêts orphelins
Nulle sève ne coule,
Puisque là-bas si proche
Aux genoux de l’Oural
On sent bien que s’approche
Un vilain caporal,
Puisque l’on oublie tout
Après un tour de roue,
Puisque tous nos souhaits
Effacent nos sifflets,
Eh bien...
écoutez bien...
C'est effrayant
Mes enfants,
Mais il en est ainsi,
Mes amis...
Deux poètes russes,
Qui chantent et qui refusent
Ce monde sans lumières
Et qui l'éclairent de leurs vers...
Dorment ce soir en prison
Pour avoir chanter à l'unisson !
Kamardine et Chtovba
Dormiront en prison
Oubliés à tout-va
