CHRONIQUE DU TRAVAIL DÉCONFINÉ
« Avant le confinement, j’étais à Paris ; je suivais une formation en développement web qui s’est terminée le vendredi 13 mars. Le lendemain, un employeur est allé sur mon profil LinkedIn. On a échangé dans la journée ; il m’a proposé un entretien pour le mardi matin.
Entre temps, il y a eu l’annonce du confinement. Le lundi, on m’a indiqué qu’il serait difficile de maintenir notre rendez-vous du lendemain. Il a été remplacé par un entretien en visio ; j’en avais déjà fait pour des stages à l’étranger.
Un entretien en visio a au moins un avantage (pas de temps de transport : c’est plus rapide). Il y a aussi des désavantages : l’état de la connexion n’est pas forcément bon ; il y a un temps de latence, on ne se comprend pas toujours. Et
