« Que les clients portent un masque me rassure. De manière générale, j’évite de parler devant eux. Moi-même, je porte un masque mais j’ai du mal à le supporter. Par moment, on a l’impression qu’on va étouffer, qu’on a du mal à respirer. Par moment, je l’enlève, par exemple pour manger, quand il n’y a pas de clients. Est-ce que ça protège ? Ca a au moins un intérêt psychologique.
On touche la marchandise. On a des gants. On les change tout le temps. On ne touche pas l’argent ; il y a une machine. Je préfère quand les gens payent « sans contact ». Je nettoie l’appareil à carte bleue après chaque passage. Tous ces gestes répétitifs, psychologiquement, ça finit par faire mal à la tête. Pour les soignants, ça doit être pire.
