« C’est fou comme en très peu de temps, tout le monde s’est approprié les outils numériques. Dans le village où j’habite, je connais plein de gens qui ne touchaient jamais à un ordinateur, et qui maintenant, organisent des apéros virtuels. Idem au sein de mon équipe. C’est intéressant de voir à quelle vitesse on s’est tous auto formé.
Tout ça, ça va impacter les modalités de formation. Je fais partie d’un Club de responsables formation des entreprises du CAC 40 : on réfléchit à introduire beaucoup plus de distantiel dans la formation (mixé avec un peu de présentiel. On inverse la tendance).
Au siège, on est tous au chômage partiel. Au moment du confinement, les RH ont eu 3 jours pour décider qui était à 50 ou 100 %. Fin avril,
