Lessons learned from riding the flowing currents

As the year draws to a close, I find myself peering out over the tranquil waters and thinking: What has this river brought me in the last year? As the flow itself, 2024 affiliated calm and fast, small and great, large smooth and full of waves. Still I was driving along its tracks, and, depending on the situation, where broad or rugged, one can find it if one carefully and persistently searches for it deeply enough.

Fog and mist are the first views of the new year all too often, as is the case with this year as well.
I’d gotten through large-scale projects and witnessed clients transition late into 2023 and, as winter approached, I had no tangible work to do. This kind of work gave my soul purpose, and yet with nothing on the immediate horizon, I found myself anxious.
