Some people are tall and slim and – we might want to add – bony. Some waste several years in the gym developing those muscles to an extent that they cannot fold their arms around their body. But when you combine the two, you get what most people are looking for: lean muscle.
The first stage involve taking foods that are rich in proteins, carbohydrates and fats.
When we say fat, we’re not talking about Doritos and Ding Dongs. As we’ve seen, there are good fats which are actually healthy for the human body, including nuts, seeds, olive oil and avocados. If you are eating right as far as the food pyramid suggests high protein foods, complex carbohydrates and healthy fats then you are headed in the right direction.
