La nuit qui meurt,

Un beau matin

Au bord de la Seine.

Tes yeux, ciel

Cheveux de miel ;

Le jour commence,

Le vent balance

Les nuages qui dansent .

Ciel profond,

La terre est ronde,

L' amour fleurit,

Tu me souris.

Parfum des lys

Ta peau métisse,

Je t'aime à fond

Coeur vagabond.
