Quoi de mieux qu'un policier thriller pour finir l'été en beauté ?
Stuart Hulton a reçu le prix Costa du premier roman cette année pour son ouvrage à succès Les sept morts d'Evelyn Hardcastle. Ce bijou de 500 pages a déjà émerveillé son nouveau public qui attend dors et déjà un nouveau roman de sa part. Bien écrit, bien ficelé, et surtout très prenant, ce livre saura vous passionner tant par ses rebondissements que par son intrigue haletante.
Le principe du livre est assez classique tout en étant innovant. Le héros sait qu'une jeune femme va être assassinée à Blaceath, le château de la famille Hardcastle, à 23h. Il doit trouver l'assassin pour pouvoir s'échapper, sachant que la journée se réinitialise s'il échoue. Cela fait penser au film inerprété par Tom Cruise, Edge of
