I chose the photo (source : The Defender, August 10th) because of ongoing investigations which are expected concerning Fauci, a Trump's aide but not only, who is a figure of scientism as well as religion where authority arguments prevail over reason ones : two fields of DOGMA, of blind belief into people PROPAGANDA, narrative (myth) makes them consent without any free mind or learning and with so much disinformation ; cult is the standard term for recap such a dangerous trend in Democracy where there is no one (and there has not to be) individual or legal entity above The Rule of Law. Concerning possible interference with Rights like conflict of interests and rivalry between them in the name of a prerogative of one of them, it is useful to remember a witty and lecture by Christopher Hitchens (2009, on January 29th) whose title is a bit ironical because apology belongs traditionally to a literary canon : "A List of apologies from the Catholic Church".
