Cold Golden Silence

They say silence is golden,
But will I ever be forgiven.
For being such a mute,
When she’s standing so cute.
How can I leave her alone,
Not a word, not even a tone.
When all she needs is for me,
To stop navigate this strange sea.
An ocean of solitude,
But for her it’s just rude.
I wish I could talk,
Loud and fast as my walk.

Even if it means never knowing me.
