1. Philosophiquement, non, on ne peut jamais penser trop.
2. Cliniquement, malheureusement oui... notre cerveau et nos corps ne sont pas faits pour ça, ils ont besoin de repos. N'essayez pas de reproduire ceci à la maison, il faut être professionnel... ou troublé.
