A la base je suis très gourmand (enfin pas seulement à la base)
Bref, je suis né en Tunisie d’un père italien bon vivant et d’une mère super bonne cuisinière, bref je suis mi-oriental, mi-rital, entre couscous et pasta.
Je ne jetterai pas à mon père la moindre pâte, ni la moindre graine de couscous à ma mère … Elle-même avait un père épicurien qui soignait son diabète en mangeant tout ce qu’il aimait, en particulier des gâteaux au miel.
Comment ne pas être gourmand quand tu es tombé dans la marmite de tout ce qui est bon ?
Mon père ne m’a jamais dit Je t’aime mais il me prenait fort dans ses bras, m’embrasser. Ses yeux brillaient de plaisir quand il mangeait des pâtes. Le message est passé !
