Née dans la région Haut-De-France, Gwen Autumn âgée alors de 21 ans, profite d'un changement dans sa vie professionnelle après huit années en tant que coiffeuse, et décide de suivre sa passion pour la littérature jeunesse/jeune adulte pour se lancer dans la rédaction de son premier manuscrit.
Inspirée par Susan EE, Stephenie Meyer, Cassandra O'donnell ou encore Deborah Harkness, elle découvre l'univers de l'écriture et met plusieurs années avant de terminer son premier roman intitulé : Abigail 1 - La pierre d'ambre, publié en Juin 2020.
Ce premier roman est le début d'une saga en cours d'écriture qui marque la naissance de sa carrière d'auteure.
A few words about the author :
Born in the Haut-De-France region of France, Gwen Autumn, then 21 years old, took advantage of a change in her professional life after eight years as a hairdresser, and decided to follow her passion for children's/young adult literature to start writing her first manuscript.
Inspired by Susan EE, Stephenie Meyer, Cassandra O'donnell and Deborah Harkness, she discovered the world of writing and took several years to complete her first novel entitled: Abigail 1 - The Amber Stone, published in June 2020.
This first novel is the beginning of a saga in progress that marks the birth of her writing career.

Je tiens à remercier les éditions Librinova et le site Netgalley de m'avoir permis de lire ce livre.
On y retrouve Abigail surnommée Abby qui vient d'emménager à Londres avec sa mère. Elle veux profiter au maximum de sa nouvelle vie d'étudiante à l'université. Une fois là haut elle va faire la connaissance de Lucy et d'Aaron. Sauf que des attaques de démons vont avoir lieu et Abby va apprendre que c'est une sorcière. Et cerise sur le gâteau Aaron c'est un chasseur de sorcière travaillant pour la fameuse inquisition. Vont il réussir à mettre fin aux menaces qui pèsent sur eux?
Un livre lu d'une traite tellement j'ai accroché à l'histoire si prenante, addictive, captivante, remplie d'intrigues, de suspens et de rebondissements avec des personnages très attachants. Je n'ai qu'une hâte, lire la suite tellement j'adore la plume de l'auteure.

We find Abigail, nicknamed Abby, who has just moved to London with her mother. She wants to make the most of her new life as a university student. Once there she will meet Lucy and Aaron. Except that demon attacks are going to take place and Abby is going to learn that she is a witch. And to top it all off, Aaron is a witch hunter working for the famous inquisition. Will they be able to stop the threats against them?
A book read in one go so much I was hooked on the story so gripping, addictive, captivating, filled with intrigue, suspense and twists with very endearing characters. I can't wait to read the book two because I love the author's writing so much.
